Tentative Dates for Lunch: Sunday, February 15, 2026 or Monday, February 16, 2026 (exact date to be coordinated with the winner based on Densmore's schedule)

Bidding Window: Opens Friday, January 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PST and closes Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PST.

Bidding Extension: If a bid is placed within the final 15 minutes, the auction closing time will automatically extend by 15 minutes. Extensions will continue in 15-minute increments until no new bids are received.
