"Ray of Hope" — A Future Youth Records Patron Experience
Charitable Contribution Disclosure
This offering is hosted by Future Youth Records ("FYR"), a California 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 45-4537825). Proceeds benefit FYR's programs and mission. Because purchasers receive goods and services in exchange for payment, only the amount paid in excess of the fair market value (FMV) of those goods and services may be treated as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. FYR will provide each purchaser a written acknowledgment stating a good-faith estimate of that fair market value. Purchasers should consult their own tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Tickets & Pricing
FYR is offering ten (10) individual tickets to attend the filming of the official "Ray of Hope" music video (the "Experience") in the Los Angeles area, sold on a first-come, buy-it-now basis through Givebutter at $5,000 per ticket. Each ticket admits one (1) person and includes: attendance at the music video filming; a ten (10) minute private meet-and-greet with Felix Cavaliere following the shoot; a signed Felix Cavaliere headshot; professional photographs with Felix Cavaliere and members of the band; and dinner with Felix Cavaliere and members of the band. The Elevated Experience. A purchaser who buys four (4) or more tickets in a single order unlocks the Elevated Experience for their party, provided once per qualifying order (not multiplied per ticket), which adds to the standard ticket benefits above: a private thirty (30) minute meet-and-greet with Felix Cavaliere before filming begins, extended to the full party; one (1) signed instrument, with the purchaser choosing either a guitar or a keyboard; reserved dinner seating for the full party at Felix Cavaliere's table, with one (1) seat reserved directly beside Felix Cavaliere for a member of the party designated by the purchaser; two (2) tickets total to an upcoming Felix Cavaliere concert with a private meet-and-greet; and one (1) autographed, framed Felix Cavaliere "Then and Now" album. FYR will prepare a personalized seating chart for the group. A maximum of two (2) orders will qualify for the Elevated Experience; once both have been claimed, all remaining tickets will be sold as standard Patron Tickets regardless of order size.
Talent Attendance
Felix Cavaliere's participation in the Experience — including the meet-and-greet, photographs, and dinner — is a core element of this offering. The attendance of individual members of the band and other participating artists is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed, and the absence of any particular band member or artist shall not constitute a failure to deliver the Experience or entitle any purchaser to a refund.
Scheduling
The exact date and location will be confirmed after sales close, subject to talent and studio availability, with filming anticipated in late September or early October 2026, ahead of the song's planned release on February 20, 2027.
Event Confirmation & Refunds
This Experience is offered subject to sufficient participation to proceed, as determined by FYR. FYR will confirm, cancel, or extend the offering on or before August 31, 2026. If FYR confirms the Experience, purchasers will be notified and it will take place as described. FYR may, at its discretion, extend the sales period one or more times to allow additional seats to fill; if FYR extends the deadline, FYR will notify all purchasers of the new date, and any purchaser may request a 100% refund within five (5) business days of that notice if they do not wish to remain committed through the extended period. If FYR cancels the Experience for any reason, or does not confirm it by the final deadline, every purchaser will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, and FYR will have no further obligation. All sales are final once FYR confirms the Experience, except as stated in the Rescheduling and Cancellation sections below.
Rescheduling
This Experience is built around a live music video production, and filming dates depend on the availability of talent, crew, and the studio. FYR may reschedule the Experience to a later date if production needs require it. If FYR reschedules, your ticket automatically carries to the new date at no additional cost, and FYR will give purchasers as much advance notice as practicable. If the rescheduled date does not work for you, you may request a 100% refund within five (5) business days of FYR's notice of the new date, returned to your original payment method. If you do not request a refund within that window, your ticket is confirmed for the new date and remains non-refundable thereafter.
Cancellation by FYR
If FYR cancels the Experience after it has been confirmed — whether due to talent unavailability, loss of the venue, or any other reason — every purchaser will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. This refund is FYR's entire obligation in the event of cancellation; FYR is not responsible for any other costs a purchaser may have incurred, including travel, lodging, or transportation.
Cancellation by Purchaser
Once the Experience is confirmed, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee with FYR's prior written approval, requested no later than ten (10) days before the Experience, so that FYR may update its guest list and obtain the necessary releases from the substitute attendee. A ticket transferred out of a qualifying order of four or more remains part of that order for purposes of the Elevated Experience only if the transfer is approved before the Elevated Experience benefits have been fulfilled. FYR is not obligated to refund a purchaser who chooses not to attend a confirmed Experience.
Ticket Scope
Each ticket is limited to the elements described above. It does not include additional guests, additional time, or personalized elements beyond what is described, except as provided under the Elevated Experience for qualifying orders of four or more. Requests for changes or additions made after purchase may not be honored. Travel, airfare, lodging, shipping, ground transportation, and all other personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. To ensure every guest enjoys the evening and that Patron seating is honored, dinner seating is arranged by FYR.
Photography, Filming & Media Release
This Experience takes place on an active video and audio production set. By attending, each purchaser and member of their party consents to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grants FYR and its production partners an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use their name, likeness, image, and voice in the resulting music video, photographs, and related promotional and storytelling materials across all media, without compensation. Appearance in the music video itself is optional and will not be required. Attendees agree to follow the directions of production and venue staff, and to keep any unreleased music, footage, or behind-the-scenes material confidential until publicly released by FYR.
Guest Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward Felix Cavaliere, the youth artists, the musicians, FYR staff, venue staff, and all others present, and to be mindful of the collaborative working environment of an active production. All phones and other devices must be turned off during filming. FYR or Felix Cavaliere's representatives may, at their sole discretion, remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.
Eligibility
Attendees must be eighteen (18) years or older, or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Attendance is at each attendee's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FYR, its partners, and Felix Cavaliere and his representatives are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from participation in the Experience, except for the refund obligations expressly stated above.
Force Majeure
FYR is not liable for any failure or delay in holding the Experience due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including talent illness or unavailability, acts of God, natural disaster, fire, government action, public health emergency, or loss of venue. In any such case, FYR will reschedule the Experience or, if rescheduling is not feasible, issue a 100% refund as described above.
Governing Law & Acceptance
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all members of their party.
