Charitable Contribution Disclosure
This auction is hosted by Future Youth Records, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Proceeds directly benefit our programs and mission. Only the amount paid over the fair market value (FMV) of the item may be considered tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.
Package Inclusions & Winner Obligations
The purchaser will receive the experience as described above in the Los Angeles area. The exact location and date will be coordinated after all packages are sold, subject to Felix Cavaliere's availability, with the experience taking place in late September or early October 2026, ahead of the song's release on February 20, 2027.
FYR staff will be present throughout the experience to ensure it runs smoothly and provide support as needed.
Travel, airfare, lodging, and other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser agrees to provide accurate contact information at the time of purchase.
The purchaser agrees to provide photos and video of themselves at the experience for promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Guest Conduct
Purchasers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately throughout the experience. Respect for Felix Cavaliere, his team, the musicians, the youth artists, the venue staff, FYR staff, and all others present is required at all times. To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience, participants are asked to avoid sensitive or potentially divisive topics. Any violation of these expectations may result in removal from the experience or forfeiture of the package, at the sole discretion of Future Youth Records or Felix Cavaliere's representatives.
Package Scope Confirmation
This package is limited to the experience described above for one (1) person. It does not include additional guests, extensions of time, or personalized experiences beyond what is described. Any requests for changes or additions made after purchase may not be honored.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
Outside of the refund policy below, this package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
Refund Policy
This experience only moves forward if all 10 packages are purchased. If that threshold is not met, a full refund will be issued to every purchaser.
Photo and Media Release
By participating in this experience, the purchaser understands that photos and video footage will be captured throughout the event for promotional and storytelling purposes. This content may be used by Future Youth Records across its platforms and materials, unless otherwise requested in writing. Appearance in the music video itself is optional and will not be required.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older or have written consent from a legal guardian to bid and participate.
Disclaimer
In case of cancellation or unforeseen event changes, Future Youth Records and Felix Cavaliere reserve the right to modify or reschedule the experience. A good faith effort will be made to provide an alternative of equal value or issue a refund if necessary.
