By placing a bid on this auction item, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Charitable Contribution Disclosure
    This auction is hosted by Future Youth Records, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Proceeds directly benefit our programs and mission. Only the amount paid over the fair market value (FMV) of the item may be considered tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

  2. Winner Responsibilities

    • Travel, lodging, and any additional expenses incurred in relation to the event are the sole responsibility of the winner.

    • The concert will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA.

    • The private meet and greet will take place at the same venue on the evening of the event and is subject to artist availability.

    • The winner will also receive access to the pre-show rehearsal, with the exact date and time to be determined. Attendance is optional but strongly encouraged to take full advantage of this exclusive opportunity.

    • The winner agrees to provide photos of themselves at the event for promotional use.

    • The winner is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered at the time of bidding if any physical tickets or memorabilia are mailed.

  3. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
    This auction package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

  4. Photo and Media Release
    By participating in this experience, the winner agrees that any photos or media taken during the event or meet and greet may be used by Future Youth Records for promotional and storytelling purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

  5. Eligibility
    Participants must be 18 years or older or have written consent from a legal guardian to bid and participate.

Disclaimer
Future Youth Records and David Foster reserve the right to modify or cancel the experience due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the artists, a good faith effort will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative of equal value. If rescheduling or an alternative is not possible, a refund will be issued.
