As an FYR360° subscriber, you're already part of something bigger. Every week, FYR360° brings you the tools, insights, and inspiration to grow as an artist. It's all in service of FYR's mission: backing youth artists to create, produce, and distribute music that drives social change. Now it's your turn to create it.

Future Youth Records is proud to present the FYR360° Community Songwriting Contest, exclusively for our FYR360° subscriber community. One winning song will receive full remote production support from Future Youth Records, released on our label with free promotional and distribution support.

Requirements

Must be an active FYR360° subscriber as of 11:59 PM (PDT) on June 11, 2026
Your submission email must match the email address linked to your FYR360° subscription
Ages 15–25 at time of submission
Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
Open to all subscribers regardless of location
Songs must be unreleased and unpublished
Song must reflect a socially conscious theme. Examples include environmental justice, peace, women's empowerment, LGBTQ+ equality, mental health, and more.
Submit via unlisted SoundCloud or YouTube link with full lyrics in the description (include English translation if not in English)
You may submit up to three (3) songs; each requires a separate entry form

AI and Originality Policy

FYR360 celebrates human creativity and original songwriting. You must be the primary creative author of your melody and lyrics. AI tools may be used only as minor aids in the process -- for example, to brainstorm ideas or help with arrangement -- but the majority of songwriting decisions must be made by you. AI-generated elements are allowed only if they are substantially reworked and integrated into a human-authored song.

The following are not permitted:

Songs created entirely by AI without significant human authorship
Submissions where your only creative input was a prompt or instruction to an AI tool

If you used AI tools in any part of your songwriting process, you must disclose this on the entry form and briefly describe how. Failure to disclose, or providing false information, may result in disqualification. FYR reserves the right to request working drafts, lyric sheets, stems, or demos if there is a question about authorship.

Because some AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection, FYR is not responsible for resolving authorship or ownership disputes. By submitting, you agree to hold FYR harmless from any claims arising from your submission. FYR reserves the right to update this policy as technology and copyright law evolve.
